One of the main current areas of our team's work is search and identification of war criminals who shamelessly committed real atrocities in the occupied territories of Ukraine, including Bucha, Irpin, Borodyanka, Mariupol, Kherson and other locations in eastern Ukraine. Every Russian occupier must be identified and punished according to the law. War crimes and crimes against humanity have no statute of limitations. That is why we set ourselves the goal of finding everyone and preventing them from escaping justice.
Today more than 200 volunteers have joined Molfar to work on the Book of Orcs project. Comparing the lists of personnel of Russian army units that spent about a month in Bucha, published by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and the statement of the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office Oleksiy Arestovich on specific units related to the massacre in Bucha, we found about 1,600 names from Bucha.
Most of these occupiers were representatives of the Eastern Military District, including the 64th Detached Motorized Rifle Brigade and other units from the Khabarovsk Krai.
