Russian Federation's Terrorist Attack at Dnipro City: 55 Names from 52nd Guard's Regiment (Shaykivka) Responsible for Residential Building Rocket Attack

❗️ We respectfully draw your attention to the fact that this is the second version of the article: updated and extended. Originally, on January 15, the day after the tragedy, we published the full Ukrainian version and a shortened English version. Now (as of 27.01.2023), both versions have been brought into line and are identical. Thank you for your concern for the people of Ukraine, who are standing against pitiless Russian terrorists. Sincerely, Molfar OSINT community.

On January 14, 2023, during a missile attack by the Russian Federation on Ukraine, terrorists targeted a residential high-rise building in the city of Dnipro. The impact caused the collapse of several floors, from 2 to 9, with the first floor and its inhabitants buried under the rubble. The mayor of Dnipro, Boris Filatov, announced that the surrounding damaged area will need to be demolished.
The Molfar OSINT community conducted an independent investigation into the terrorist attack on the residential building in Dnipro City. The investigation aimed to identify the individuals responsible for the execution of the attack, specifically, the commanders of the strategic bomber crews who launched the missiles and the pilots who were in control at the time of launch. The community's goal is to bring to justice those who are responsible for the loss of lives and destruction caused by this terrorist act.

👉 We identified all individuals involved in the rocket attack on the residential building in Dnipro City, including those who refueled the planes and missiles before launch. Additionally, individuals who are not part of the aviation regiment but are directly related to it were also identified.

In this article, we aim to not only reveal the names of the individuals involved in the terrorist attack, but also to debunk the false statements of Russian propagandists. We will refute the notion that the Ukrainian air defense was able to successfully intercept the terrorist's missile. Furthermore, we will be publishing personal information about all those involved in this terrorist act. This is a step towards holding them accountable for their actions and bringing justice to the victims of this terrorist attack.

Screenshot of Gennady Korban's official report identifying the aviation regiment responsible for the shelling of the residential building in Dnipro City

❗️ It is worth noting that this is the same aviation regiment that was responsible for the terrorist attack on the Amstor shopping center in Kremenchug City on June 27, 2022. The Molfar OSINT community provided evidence that it was a planned terrorist act by the Russian Federation, which was published in The Guardian.

It is also worth noting that in the morning, before the start of a massive shelling, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation published a photo of one of the missiles that was used for shelling. The photo contained the inscription “fully loaded” – the classic signature of terrorists who rejoice at the shelling of the civilian population.

Ukraine is at war with absolute evil. It's not just the crazy Kremlin dictators who are supposedly waging war on their own accord, it's the entire Russian nation applauding Russian terrorists after each new terrorist attack. Evidence of the fascist sentiments of the Russian Federation is impossible to ignore.
